This week was quite ok – no special occurrences.
Only at the two hours run I had quite hard calves towards the end of the run.

After the first training week, I was quite done – well from the couch potato (ok this is now somewhat exaggerated) to a Ironman is a hard way.

When I still was active in athletics, we had a coach and were a good group. So there wasn’t any problems with the training program and it wasn’t a big problem to overcome my weaker self.
Today I decided to start the training for a triathlon – the goal is the Ironman in Zurich.
