
When I still was active in athletics, we had a coach and were a good group. So there wasn’t any problems with the training program and it wasn’t a big problem to overcome my weaker self.
But now, as I’m training alone, I have to worry about which training sessions will be needed when and to selfmotivate myself again and again.
At the end, I found a web-based program – 2PEAK – which makes concrete proposals for the training and ajusts them after every training if required, just like a navigation device.
I’ll try the program and will then report my experiences.
