After the first training week, I was quite done – well from the couch potato (ok this is now somewhat exaggerated) to a Ironman is a hard way.
The performance on Monday was like expected and not quite as fast as hoped.
On Tuesday I was a little careless in the run training, remained on a sidewalk and crashed – the result a large abrasion at the thigh / bottom.
But on Thursday it was already fine enough to go for the next training.
