This week I had again three training sessions on the program.
With the bike I needed to find a new route and found one in direction to Kyburg – with 560 vertical meters for the entire route it was quite exhausting.
On Tuesday, I did a performance check in running:
How long is it ago that I run in an athletics stadium – my spikes fit me and so it went f the 2000 meters, which I made in about 9 minutes.
On Friday, then again a good two hours run with three “Sprint parts”, so I was ready for a training free weekend.
