This time I had another performance check on the bike in my programme.
On the next bike training I needed a more fun and recreation training and so I toke the mountain bike. Ok it was fun but it didn’t really work out with the recreation part.
And on friday it even was worst – I didn’t study my training plan very well and so I made 3 x 5 minutes intervall training on a high pulse level instead of 3 x 3 seconds.
